white elephant gift exchanges is a favorite holiday tradition, by KL
Hi everyone!! Happy National White Elephant Day!!
White elephant gift exchanges are personally one of my favorite holiday traditions.
A white elephant gift exchange is when a group of people come together and each person brings a gift. Each person will pull a number from a hat that determines what order they get to pick out a gift in.
The fun part about white elephant gift exchanges, is when it is your turn, you have the opportunity to steal a gift that another person has already received.
I love getting to steal gifts and the friendly banter that comes along with it!
I recently had a white elephant gift exchange at my school. It was a part of a club i’m in!! Our club is with ESD and Oak Hill Academy, a special needs school. It was super fun hanging out with the kids while spreading the holiday spirit.
My favorite part about the white elephant gift exchanges is that it is a wonderful opportunity to come together with friends and family and spend time together and spread holiday cheer!
