happy sisters day
Happy Sisters Day! Meet this fun family of 5 sisters. Can you imagine? Well, you don’t have to.
Temple (9 years old), Treasure (14 years old), Truth (15 years old), Trinity (17 years old) and Tatyana (20 years old) gave us a little insight.
We recently hung out with these beautiful athletes – they are all incredible soccer players – and got the scoop on who is the loudest sister, who had a bird poop on her (or was that something else?!), what a closet in a 5-sister household looks like and what they will do on National Sisters Day.
What is the best part of having a sister?
Temple: The best part about having a sister is you always have someone to play with.
Treasure: The best part about having a sister is there is always someone to talk to or get advice from.
Truth: The best part about having a sister is always having clothes to wear.
Trinity: The best part of having a sister is being able to have someone by your side throughout your life who is not just your sister, but your best friends.
Tatyana: The best part about having sisters is the honest (sometime unsolicited) advice about anything and everything. Hair, fashion, friends, makeup; anything.
What is your favorite activity to do with your sister(s)?
Temple: My favorite activity is playing soccer or swimming in the pool with my sisters.
Treasure: I like going to lunch or just hanging out with my sisters the best.
Truth: I like to go out to eat with my sisters.
Trinity: My favorite activities to do with my sisters are play soccer. This is my favorite activity to do with them because we can all bond over something we love to do.
Tatyana: We all play soccer which is fun but a personal favorite is in our downtime. Whenever we swim together, bake, cook, or simply watch tv and chill together can easily be a favorite.
Do you borrow your sisters’ clothes?
Temple: I mainly borrow Treasure’s clothes because she’s the closest in my size. But I like my older sisters oversized shirts.
Treasure: Yes I borrow my sisters’ clothes all the time. We all basically share.
Truth: Yes, we all share clothes.
Trinity: We all kinda share clothes but it’s annoying when my sisters take them without asking me.
Tatyana: Yes all the time! It’s a love hate thing. It’s impossible to keep all my clothes in my closet. And same with my sisters. Our stuff is all scattered.
Who is the loudest sister? Who is the silliest sister? Who is the quietest sister? Who is the bossiest sister?
Temple: I am probably the loudest and silliest. Truth is the quietest. All of my sisters are bossy.
Treasure: I feel like I’m the loudest and Temple is definitely the silliest. Truth is the quietest. And all of my older sisters are bossy.
Truth: The loudest sister is Temple because she’s always yelling. The silliest would also be Temple. The quietest would be Trinity. The bossiest is Tatyana because she is the oldest and she thinks she controls things and she doesn’t.
Trinity: I think Temple is the loudest sister and silliest. Truth is the quietest. And Tatyana is definitely the bossiest.
Tatyana: Temple by far is the loudest. When she was a toddler she would scream instead of talk. There were never any words, just yelling. I’d say Treasure’s the silliest, Truth’s the quietest, and I’m the bossiest.
What is your funniest “sister” story?
Treasure: I don’t have one specific funny memory but me and all of my sisters have a lot of inside jokes that keep us laughing all day.
Truth: The funniest sister moment would be when me, Treasure and Trinity were in Spain and my cousin’s bird wouldn’t stop flying at Treasure and then she thought it pooped on her, but it was a piece of lettuce.
Tatyana: Something I always tease Trinity about is when we were younger we were drawing and she attempted to write her name. She spelt it with a “w”, a number 7, and a few other letters. I always thought that was so funny because she was old enough to at least get a few letters right.
How will you celebrate National Sisters Day?
Temple: We will probably celebrate by swimming and hanging out together.
Treasure: I will celebrate by just hanging out and spending time with my sisters.
Truth: Pool party at our house.
Trinity: Unfortunately, I won’t celebrate Sisters Day with my sisters because I am on vacay with my friends.
Tatyana: We don’t really celebrate this day as a holiday but it is a day of appreciation. We will just hang out together. Swim maybe.
