Clear the mental clutter. Think of the week ahead and write down anything on your mind – assignments, to dos, after school activities, job responsibilities. Write down your concerns, goals, inspirations – everything!
Organize your Calendar or Planner
Schedule your time. Add homework, group projects and after school activities to your calendar or planner.
Clothes & Your Closet
What are you wearing to school, practice, games or other events this week? Do you need to wash anything? Group clothes in your closet by day or event so they are easy to reach for during the week.
Put Together your Bags
Clean out your backpack & other bags. Then repack them with all the things you will need – snacks, toiletries, water bottle, practice clothes.
Clean Up the Clutter
Tidy up your room, desk, bathroom, car! That includes throwing out the trash, hanging your clothes and putting away everything back in its place.
Wind Down
Shower, skin care, journal, read, set your morning alarm, sleep.
