a simple mental health checklist that we all need
Does it seem like life has been extra busy lately? We all have a lot going on! Consider this a small reminder to take some quiet time for yourself. Practice a self care routine and if anything feels too “heavy” or out of the ordinary, please talk to someone, anyone. You are NOT alone!
Also, look around at your friends and classmates, if someone seems a little “off”, pay attention, ask them if they are feeling ok, listen to their answer. We are all here for each other.
